Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it, and call us instead on 512 555 0142.

Not medical advice

The information here is general. It does not replace advice from a provider who knows you, and it is not a diagnosis. Do not use this website for urgent care.

Appointment requests

• Booking online sends us a request. Your appointment is held for you, and we confirm it within one business day.
• We may need to move an appointment, for example if a provider is ill. We will call you and offer the nearest time.
• To change or cancel, call us. Our cancellation policy explains notice and fees.
• You must give correct details. If you book for someone else, you confirm you may do so.

Fair use

Please do not:

• send false requests, or many requests to block other people from getting a time;
• try to break into, overload or probe this website or its data;
• use software to book on behalf of others, or to copy the site in bulk;
• send anything unlawful, abusive or harmful through the forms.

We may limit or block access that does any of these.

Content and links

The text, design and drawings are Alder Health’s, made for this demonstration. Photographs are credited in the project’s credits file and used under their open licenses. You may link to any page. Links to other websites, such as maps, are for your convenience, and we are not responsible for what those sites say or do.

We work to keep information accurate and the website available, but we provide it as it is. Times, prices and plan details can change, so please check with us when it matters. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using or being unable to use this website. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
