Illustrative: these stories are invented for this demonstration.
“It took me months to make the call. Booking online made it easier, and Jordan has been patient and practical. I feel more like myself, and I have a few skills that I use every week.”
“Mei-Lin did not give me a list of things I cannot eat. She asked what my kitchen looks like and built a plan around meals I already make. My numbers are better, and I enjoy my food again.”
“Samuel looked at my home readings, asked what was hard about my routine and changed the plan so it fits my work. Early appointments mean I do not miss a shift. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.”
Use the Book an appointment button on any page. You choose a service, a location and a time, then tell us a few details. It takes about three minutes. If you prefer to talk to a person, call 512 555 0142 and we will book it for you.
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of your medicines and any records you want us to see. If you can, fill in the online registration form at least a day before so your visit can start on time.
We work with most major plans in Texas. The insurance page lists every plan we are in network with, and you can search it by name. If your plan is not listed, call us and we will check.

Usually, yes. Most weeks every provider has openings in the next few days, and the booking page shows them all. If you do not see a time that works, call us and we will look for a cancellation.
We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA, and to meet AAA for text contrast. The accessibility page lists what we do, what does not work yet and how to tell us about a problem.
Book online at any hour, or call us during clinic hours. If you cannot find a time that suits you, ask for a call back and we will find one.
